Help in choosing a NC resort
So I'm looking for some advice on choosing a resort. I have some friends that are looking to go in October to NC. I have been only once and we stayed at Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk. The problem is that I don't know if this resort will fit there specific requirement.
They are looking for a resort with "Mountain Views" so they can sit out on their balcony and drink coffee while taking in the view of the mountains.
Anyone know which resorts in NC offer this? I realize that even if a resort has it there is no guarantee that they will get that specific view but I know there are probably resorts that don't even have this as an option. From what I remember you could see Grandfather Mountain from Blue Ridge Village but not sure what else.
Frank you posted somewhere else that Sky Valley is the place to go for scenery, so this could fit the bill?
