Which is the best to stay at? We own 2 - Sands Beach Club (my favorite) and Presidential Villas. Sands on a great location on the beach Phase 2 is better than Phase 1. It is a true 2 bedroom facing the ocean. Phase 1 is good too, really a 1 bedroom, side view of ocean, still very nice.
