Working on the database, several of the resorts in SC are listed as Peppertree. Does peppertree own the whole resort or are there owners of the resorts which are not part of Peppertree?
I believe they have three phases at Peppertree Atlantic Beach...if that's the one you're referring to.

Peppertree was purchased and absorbed by Equivest. Peppertree/Equivest was then purchased by Cendant and rolled into Fairfield. The old Peppertree/Equivest points system was left an orphan and has been in steady decline since.
Outer Banks Beach Club I and II were formerly Peppertree, but the HOA's kicked out Peppertree/Equivest/Fairfield management about the time of the Cendant acquisition, took the Peppertree name off of the resorts, and brought in SPM management of Myrtle Beach to run things.
Several of the old Peppertree resorts kept the Peppertree name, even though they later became part of Equivest and then under Fairfield. Some units are owned by Equivest Vacation and Travel Club, which was started by Peppertree, and now run by Fairfield.
Confusing! So who actually manages Peppertree Atlantic Beach now?
