Seascape or BIS-Kitty Hawk?

I know that neither are near the beach, however if you could chose one for a late summer vacation with 2 children (8 and 5) which would you chose and why?

These are the two resorts that are almost always the ''last on the shelf'' on the OBX both for exchange and with the local t/s rental agency. The reason, of course, is that they are both a good way off the beach.

Seascape is a little closer to the beach, although you do still really have to drive there. It also is adjacent to the Seascape golf course, if any in your party are golfers, but only owners have special golf priveleges. Exchangers have to pay full freight on the course. BIS-Kitty Hawk is newer and has more amenities, and is within walking distance of Wal-Mart.
