Mapquest has it Bayside abutting the Wright Memorial Park and perhaps 3 blocks back from the Bay.

From prior conversations I thought it was Atlantic beach front and sometimes include it in my maybe oneday sometime searches.

Where is it located exactly, well not needed exactly, I've only been to KDH once.

Atlantic Beach Front it is on Virginia Dare Trail about a mile north of Wright Memorial.
