My Fave

Club Regency is a great resort for my purposes. It offers two and three bedroom units that are all ocean front with balconies (without screens--I hate screened-in balconies). They also have a nice stretch of beach in front. Parking is assigned- no worries about garages or circling for spots. The units are nice, not incredible, but clean and well-equipped. They are located in Myrtle Beach but on the border of Surfside and close to the places I like to visit and where I like to eat.

I have been looking for a unit to buy there but I haven't found anything for sale by owner. The prices through the resort realty are high for summer weeks.
