FF points & still remodeling

Not a problem, just looking for info as to what weather is like at various places in November.

We are continuing tearing up and redoing till late Oct, here in MI. Nothing has been done for this place in 28 years.

Have 370K FF points to burn before '08 ends.

Is the coast heated in Nov/Dec? ha ha Most likely will look to Florida.

I suppose we can roll points into RCI for next year but hate to honor them.

Just looking for hints. What's Lake Lure in Nov?

If you have points to burn then I would rent them out.

Personally, I always like a 28K or 42K deposit in hand at all times and usually have mixed and matched with a 70K deposit. Since you have some to burn if you haven't experimented with a 105K deposit before this may be the time to do it. Feedback on that has been mixed and missing lately.

In the experimental mode there are other exchange companies out there, DAE, SFX, etc. and one may be worthy of consideration.

However, if truely excess points and the other avenues have been traversed then renting out probably is the best option.
