Formerly The Yachtsman Hotel now a Blue Green Timeshare

The resort is conveniently located at 1400 North Ocean Boulevard,
minutes from popular attractions such as Broadway at the Beach®.

The SeaGlass Tower building is 19 stories tall with 136 units
Studio units are located in the mid section side of the building
Half of the One Bedroom units face Ocean Boulevard and
Half of the One Bedroom units face the "Beach - Ocean".

Mr. Harlin who works at SeaGlass showed us three model units
The first unit was a one bedroom on the 20th floor ocean front
All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful unit and what a View!
The other two models are located on the second level..

Bluegreen has done an excellent job at restoring this older building
(dates back to the mid 1980`s) to a premier Myrtle Beach Resort..

The Yachtsman used to be the place to go way back when. Does Bluegreen own all 3 towers or only the glass one? shaggy

Unit size

As a BG owner, I have seen pictures only and from our point charts there are 1 bedroom units and 1 bedroom deluxe units only. There is about 100 Sq/ft difference between the two. It is nice to hear that they have done great things with a building that has some history and great memories for others.
