Am looking into buying into a Fiesta Resort at Myrtle Beach's golf resort in Surfside.It is off the beach called Waccama Golf Resort.Anyone heard anything on it?

Not heard that specific resort mentioned on TS4Ms but there has been some discussion on Fiesta Resorts and it was not positive if I remember correctly. Search on 'Fiesta" and see what you find.

Is it Fiesta or Festiva? If the latter, there is a lot of negative information out there on them.

I think you're right (for once ) Festiva does have MB resorts.
