My wife and I will be in Vegas for a week. My wife has asthma and I was wondering if the restaurants in Vegas offer non smoking areas or is everything open to smoking. She can tolerate some smoke but not a great amount.

Las Vegas & smoking question

Outside the resort corridor many restaurants are totally non-smoking. In the resort corridor most of them have smoking and non-smoking areas. Of course the further you sit from the smoking area the better...smoke doesn't see the divider between the two areas. That said, I've not been in a buffet where I smelled smoke in ages.

We are here is Vegas now. The restaurants and buffets we have been to so far have non smoking sections an we have not really noticed any smoke smells in them.
In the casinos that's a different story. Have not seen any non smoking areas in them.
We are staying at the Fairfield Grand Desert timeshare, in a non smoking room. I am not sure if the whole floor is non smoking or not but I think that it is because we have not smelled any smoke even in the hall.ken H.,Ballston Lake, NY
