Hi, We will be checking into Tahiti Village on Sunday for a weeks stay in a 2 bedroom unit. Do you have any advice on requesting units with a view and/or close to the pool area. Also do you know if the resort provides basic amenities like salt & pepper, sugar, coffee filters, dishwashing soap? Is wi-fi available in the rooms or lobby? I had read some previous posts that it wasn't available at all. Thank you for any help you can give me, Nina

While I can't be specific to TV, most timeshares don't provide salt and pepper, sugar or any other seasonings or food products. Many provided starter packs of coffee (one pot regular and one decaf) but, I'm starting to notice more than a couple that no longer provide coffee with the starter packet of two packets sugar, two packets fake sweetner (pink or blue stuff, never have seen Splenda) and two packets of creamer. All but one or two have provided coffee filters. Many provide on small box of laundery soap if the unit has a washer/dryer in it and, so far all have provided dishwasher soap, regular dish soap and a scrubby sponge. Our timeshare and other photo's at http://dougp26364.smugmug.com/
