Club Tahoe photos, bears and beauty

Just returned from a week at this resort. Loved it and love the Lake Tahoe area. Perfect warm sunny weather while we were there. Hiked every day but our only bear sighting was at the condo! (see photos in my link below).

Club Tahoe is in Incline Village, NV, a nice small town on the north east edge of the lake near many hiking trails and beaches.

We loved it and hope to go back in the next couple of years.

Great pics, especially of the bear! I recall being warned about bears when we were there but we didn't see any. Sounds like it was a beautiful time of year to enjoy the area. Glad to see they fixed the pool, it looks nice.

For the skiers out there, I believe this is just behind Tahoe Seasons and walking distance to the lifts at Heavenly (California base).

Great pics, especially of the bear! I recall being warned about bears when we were there but we didn't see any. Sounds like it was a beautiful time of year to enjoy the area. Glad to see they fixed the pool, it looks nice.

This resort is in Incline Village so the closest ski resorts are Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose (both on the Nevada side of the lake). But it is really a short drive to most of the ski resorts plus they have a public transit that looks easy to use (the Tahoe trolley runs between Incline and Squaw Valley).

We really lucked out with the warmer than normal weather last week. 80s, abundant sunshine and extremely low humidity (so nice and cool at night). The day we left a winter storm came through dropping the temps into the 40s-50s bringing rain and snow all this week.

Ok, I am confusing it with someplace else - the unit pics look so familiar -- I got it -- I visited while my guys were at Northstar and checked the place out. It looked lovely. I was thinking of Heavenly Club Townhouses or something of similar name where we spent one night and weren't thrilled. Also had bear warnings, which I guess are an issue in the general area.

Yep, bears every where around Tahoe. We have friends who live in Squaw Valley part of the year and they see them around their area.

Very nice photos. Incline Village is our favorite spot at Lake Tahoe because you see the snowcapped mountains in the winter and there are some nice ski areas too not too far away. We like it better than the other side of the lake where it is so busy.
