ok. totally stupid question here. I see some timeshares they want 14 grand. and higher for certin properties. I seen one sell on ebay for 1275.00. And i picked up one up on ebay. for 46.00. my question how the hell can people sell those timeshares for so darn cheap?

They do not use them and are tired of the maintenance fees and there is not a great demand for resales.

As you become older, no children at home, or one spouse becomes ill or passes away, plus with the increase in MF and traveling to a resort becomes so much more harder.

Also the t/s is now pay for, you just need to unload your t/s at a very low cost.
