Looks very manageable. Try to get to Santa Fe in plenty of time for the market under the portico. You may not buy anything (though there are definitely bargains to be had if you see something you like), but you should shop. Plan to eat at Tomasita's (500 Guadalupe St.). It isn't in Old Town on the Plaza, but the food is great, and it is definitely a place locals go to.

In Albuquerque, consider my absolute favorite restaurant: El Pinto, North Valley, just off the interstate, go west at the exit marked for Sandia Casino (the casino is just east; El Pinto is a little ways west, on the left side). Lots of people like Sadies, and it has a good following, but for me, El Pinto has it all. Again, lots and lots of locals.
