Kudos to The Grandview

We are staying at The Grandview, one of our favourite TS's. When we checked in, we were assigned to the Sage building.When we entered our unit, it was obvious that housekeeping had not finished cleaning. I called the front desk to report this, and they immediately assigned us a new unit in the same buiding. When I went to pick up the new keys, the front desk receptionist couldn't have been more apologietic. When I asked about internet hook-up, he gave me free internet for the week, a value of $49.99. What a nice gesture!

But did they charge you an activities fee of $25 like their other resorts do?

Chriskre, I totally agree that internet should be free, but since it isn't, I really did appreciate their goodwill gesture.
Hop, no one mentioned an activities fee. There are not too many activites offered here in LV. I guess most people would rather be seeing the sights or in the casinos.
