What's up at Inverness II at Walden?

I have been trying to reach management for months, literally. I attempted to deposit my summer 2016 unit into RCI- rejected. Then II- unable to get confirmation of its availability to deposit.
Messages left by phone and email- not returned.
Does anyone know who is on the Board and how to reach them??

Amazing! The day after posting this, I received notice from RCI that my Inverness deposit has been confirmed. Not sure if it was this posting that did it, or the innumerable messages I left everywhere including the management's home phone number.

I'm glad you got some resolution. I have also been trying to contact the Risa or have her get back a hold of me for over a month with no luck. Perhaps you can share the phone number?

Best of Luck. I was frustrated with management so attended a board meeting a couple of years back. I ask for numbers for the board members and they refused, they were very loyal to the management company. Stated they had been badly in debt and now had money to fix units,etc. I and another person were outspoken on our concerns and to get rid of us they let us deed our units back. I was wondering how things were going there. I really like the Walden area but could not deal with lack of communication,etc. I checked through my old emails to see if I had any other numbers but all I see is the one for Koch. I had better luck with them on emails then phone but that also was always very slow and when I would voice concerns the attitudes would get worse.
