Tahiti is located in a part of town I wouldn't like to visit. Why spend $13,000 to go to Vegas or for so called "trading power?" If I had $13,000 to spend, and wanted to buy a great developer and unit, I would look to buying something in So. Ca on the resale market or in Scottsdale on the resale and probably end up with a lot less cost, a lot less MF. But since I like to keep my $13,000, I think the best choice would be to just rent the units from RCI or bid on them thru skyauction...they show up often enough there....so, no sale here.

On the plus side, if it's developed like they're selling, it will be more like a resort timeshare with more amenities than those on the strip or closer to the strip. Some TS exchangers will appreciate having a resort feel rather than the limited amenities offered by TS sitting on or close to the strip, which often cut back on amenities due to the limited foot prints the resorts have due to the high cost of the land they're sitting on.Our timeshare and other photo's at http://dougp26364.smugmug.com/
