Just caught a brief news report that there has been an arrest made in Phoenix. The suspect is accused of raping 2 people, and is possibly the person who is known as the Baseline Serial Rapist, who also has killed. The news said it is not conclusive yet that it is the Serial criminal, but it does seem likely as there is a match to 2 of the crimes. Let us hope this is a close to the terror.
