One bedroom red weeks still available with great trading powers
I do still have some one bedroom red weeks left to give away.
Right now I am offering different discounts off of the one bedroom weeks.
For the next couple weeks, I can offer if you get two weeks or more, I can take $100 off of each 2007 maintenance fee to help get you started.
Otherwise, the fees for 2007 will be normally $391.
This is the cheapest way I know for anyone to get weeks to use in RCI or II without all the overhead cost that normally comes with picking up weeks.
Please Please let me know if you are interested and I will be glad to answer any other questions and get you set up.

I was seriously considered buying one of these weeks as an extra trader in II.
Problem is, that II has such a good supply of "Extra Vacations" that it seemed that you could rent the same type of weeks that these will pull, for about $399-$599. (someone posted they pulled a 2 bedroom in Orlando for Thanksgiving 2007, these prices were directly from the extra vacation listing in II)
If the Inverness@Walden has fees of $391 plus the exchange fee... about a breakeven.
The difference is the one obligates me to pay and deposit the week each year, while the other, I only pay when I need an extra week and the exact week I want is available.
Am I missing something else?
Anyone have experiences of this being a great trader?
Thanks,
Pete

After doing a bit of research and information offered by helpful members of this forum and the other...
We decided to give it a try and buy in.
As stated, for the cost, not much downside.
I hope it works out well for us all.
(I am still amazed no contract or signatures are needed to transfer title)
I am still a bit nervous about it but it sounds like many have participated and some have already got there deeds and other have already done some trading, so it must be real.
Thanks to all... now besides an TS addiction class, I need to sign up for a I@W support group...

Anyone know if there are anymore left? Here is another question. What are the perks of owning more than 1 TS? Maybe I should share a little info. I just bought my first timeshare (resale). I havent even used my week yet. I am set to use it for the first time in June. I bought the liki tiki village fixed redweek 25.This resort is run by Island one, it is also part of Club Navigo. I am not affiliated with any exchange company. This resort only uses II, of which I am not a member yet. So now that you have the run down on me. I really can only take vacation 2 weeks a year. I am pretty young (31) With an excellent job, but I still have to work..lol So out of my two weeks I plan to go on a cruise 1 week and go somewhere utilizing my TS for the other week. So would there be any benefit to picking up this timshare for dirt cheap (free+mf)?? I am sooo new to this that its not even funny.
