Blackjack Classes - Las Vegas

My sister-in-law wants to take some blackjack classes when we are in Las Vegas on a Saturday, if possible. Anyone know of a place that has them on the weekend? If not, any good recommendation for during the week?

Many of the casinos have classes for the gaming tables various times of the day. If you don't see a sign, just ask one of the pit bosses.
