Are there any Grandview at Las Vegas Owners out there?

I was just wondering if there are any owners of The Grandview at Las Vegas out there? I guess I would like to know how there experiences have been for exchanging for other holidays? I currently own a sleep 4 unit for one week during Labor Day weekend. I haven't tried to do any exchanges as I am a new owner (bought Feb. 06). We did stay there once during our week and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Now we are looking on what to do for this year? Any Advice?

We own at Grandview. However, our fixed unit 27 is converted to points so we keep it as an RCI Points account and have never traded.

Perhaps someone that is familiar with Vegas in Sept can comment on general demand for that time of the year. I believe it is still quite warm so even though it is labour day, I'm not sure what the demand would be like.

My wife and I stayed at Grandview on RCI exchange in September 2005. Seemed like a good less-demand time. No special events going on. Nice weather. Just a bit cool & windy some evenings for light jacket or sweater - for somebody from Florida anyway.
