Another construction question - we also have a chance to book Jockey Club which is more central to the strip but again I'm concerned about construction noise - anyone been there recently?

I was there last year either May or June and requested Bellagio side and noise didn't bother me at all, but people who were facing the other side complained about constant noise almost 24 hours per day. I did attend an owners meeting and they said that the worst part of the construction noise would continue for about 9 more months when the foundation would be completed. Once that is done noise should be minimal so I'm thinking it's about nine months so call them and find out when they have completed the digging of foundation and if the noise level has know subsided?LARRY

I was just in that area 3 weeks ago staying at the Marriott
grand Chateau. At the Marriott it was pretty bad if you are there during the week but not bad on the week ends. The JC did not look like there was much going on, In fact I did not take notice to any construction there.Timeshareforums Shirts and Mugs on sale now! http://www.cafepress.com/ts4ms

I forgot to mention I took some video from the Marriott Roof. You can see and hear what was going on there. You can also see The Jockey club on the video. When you hear me say the Bellagio hotel , The Jockey club is that little building to the left of the Bellagio.
