Have you stayed here? What were the conditions of furnishings, location and quality of pool and exercise room? Is it convenient to what you hoped to visit in the area? How many bedrooms, baths did you exchange into? Are there stairs? Smoking or non-smoking units? Kitchen useful or poorly supplied?

Any quick info regarding this property would be much appreciated.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom/2 bath last year. There are stairs to upstairs units. The kitchen is very nice and well supplied. Nice patio. I think the units are all non-smoking, but can't confirm that. It was well located to 101 freeway and places in North Scottsdale. The pool is small but people were "sunning" on the grassy area outside of the pool fence. I would definitely stay there again

I have also stayed there recently. It is very nice. Like the other poster mentioned there are 3 floors and no elevators. The pool is also quite small for the size of the complex. We thought it was in a great location. The staff was very nice. The only down side I can think of was that it felt more residential and less "resortish".
