Much discussion has transpired regarding the transfer of ownership into the new Desert Club and the necessary signing of new deeds.
The sales department is offering free mini-vacations if you're willing to listen to their 90 minute "presentation" about the new resort. They will also handle the entire deed process and you don't even have to bring your old deed.
You can choose from a three night stay if you check in Sun- Tues or two nights if you check in Thur- Sat. The accommodations are for a studio unit free of charge. You do not need to use one of your weeks. You may upgrade to a 1BR for $10 extra per night or a 2BR for $30 extra per night. You can make your reservations by calling the sales center (not Summer Bay directly) at 877-798-4830.
The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 16 at 10am. Several owners have expressed an interest in getting together during that weekend. I'd like to take a roll call for the owners who plan to attend this meeting. This would be a great opportunity to get to know one another and I can't think of a better reason for a free stay in Vegas.
