The answer just might beto check out this place in Scottsdale on Frank Lloyd Blvd. They have varying menus, you pay for the "set-up" and you bring it to your t.s. and finish the prep there.

This place seems to be part of a trend. There are a lot of these places, where you go prepare entrees and the bring them home to cook or freeze. My sister goes to one called Dream Dinners. They often have fundraisers there -- part of the cost of the dinners gets donated to the local school.
