  • Javelinas on Parade nearing its completion

Lots of folks have enjoyed the fun of discovering the locations of the many javalina art projects that were placed around the city of Sedona. They will be on display only until Nov 10, 2007, at which time they will be auctioned off at the Sedona Hilton. The Chamber of Commerce has a map for folks to use to find the art around town.

This is my favorite artist and her javelinas at this page

      How neat!!!
We've seen the Cows in Chicago, Pigs (flying and not) in Cincinnati and Bears in Vancouver BC. Love to see how people 'decorate' them differently.

        Thanks for sharing!
I've also seen the cows in NYC and it was fun to see how they were all decorated.

There is also a book with the artists and their javelinas, which was sold during the holdays....artists were at Tlaquepaque and signed their pages. The book was $20 and very colorful.
