  • Cibola Vista Resort and Spa?

Anyone ever stay here? Looking for feedback. The reviews seem interesting. Please let me know.

They have a horse ranch on site.

I know someone who likes to ride. Hmmm...

We stayed there and didn't care for the location and the "horse ranch" was a large corral across the street.

We stayed in the smaller side unit, very cramped and poorly laid out....if you wish to get to popular Phoenix sites you will have to drive a lot.

The pools were okay, and the spa was not inviting, as it was very limited in services and amenities.

I saw your review and I was disappointed. I wish I had seen your review before I traded. I am stuck now.

I will make the best of it. I got a Penthouse 2 br, 3 bath, with 2 fireplaces. Some of the reviews OY look better. I am hoping that they have cleaned up their act since your visit. My week is not until Nov 2009.

In November, the weather will be pleasant, and on the plus side, you are close to Lake Pleasant, if you want to spend an afternoon there....also, it isn't terribly far to the highway I-17...you could always drive up to Prescott for a day, or a bit further and visit Sedona. Or visit Wickenburg, the famous Cowboy town....it has a neat museum of Western art...Dos Caballeros.

Here is a link to a website for the town:

        Wickenburg, Arizona - Welcome!

The town of Carefree is also East of I-17, and might provide a day's outing.
