Yes, the red spot is the newest building. Don't know if it is a Presidential or Chairman. I believe all the condos are on the 2nd floor and above.Comment

Yes the red spot is the newest building but it is the new Member Services building. We owners have been commenting about the red roof being seen from down the road. Rumor is out that someone from corporate was there and didn't like the RED and wanted it replaced. Looks like IKE didn't do the job!! Report on SL website says they faired pretty good with minor damage and lots of cleanup.HOPComment
