Any way to get discounts for any Cirque de Soleil shows?

We are headed to Las Vegas this weekend for a soccer tournament. I will have 3 teenagers with me and I really want to take them to a Cirque show but the cheapest seats I can find is $105...I cannot, with a good conscious and this economy, spend close to $500 for one night for a show.

I have googled Las Vegas show discounts but hve come across nothing for the Cirque shows..the cheapest was Zumanity but I am told it is an "adult" themed show

...any suggestions for discounts??

Would Blue Man Group work? Goldstarevents.com has tickets from $62. on up, and most all teens love it.

Otherwise, be at the half price booth early and you might get lucky.

Cirque has a fan club you can join that sometimes offers discounts when shows are not selling well. Go to their main web site and sign up.

If you don't mind sitting through a time share presentation, call Tahiti Village and see what they are offering. Last time I was down there they had some deeply discounted "free Cirque tickets". Just DON'T buy a timeshare from them!

Just to let you know, the links I gave you do show a discount, but only when you click thru to the final page for seating and payment....I saw $76 per ticket doing that. Good luck, and enjoy your weekend!

I second this suggestion. I just got an email from them with offers of discount tickets for a couple of the Vegas shows.

DVC members can get a discount to the Orlando show....

Disney Vacation Club Members have a limited-time opportunity to enjoy a special offer from La Nouba™ by Cirque du Soleil® at Downtown Disney® West Side at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Through June 27, 2009, Members may call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to purchase category 2 tickets to the show at a 30 percent discount for themselves and as many as five Guests. (The discounted ticket price is $56.70 plus tax for Members ages 10 or older, and $45.50 plus tax for Members ages 3-9.) Note that the offer isn't valid for performances between April 4 and April 18, and that there are no La Nouba performances scheduled on Sundays and Mondays, on March 24 or from May 19-30.

These discounted tickets are available by advance purchase only (up to two weeks prior to the show date). Members must then pick up their pre-purchased tickets by presenting their Disney Vacation Club Member ID card at the Cirque du Soleil box office at Downtown Disney West Side.
