Would you say at Fort Brown Condo Share in Brownsville RCI 0886

I have a search in with RCI and Fort Brown Condo share has come up. Can't find any recent reviews to help me make up my mind as to whether I should take it. I don't have really high expectations but don't like dirty and really run down properties. Would really appreciate if anyone has seen or been to this property lately? Thanks so much.

I can't say about the timeshare, but my Texas daughters don't like Brownsville at all.

Fort Brown Condo Shares

Why would you want to go to Brownsville?

If you are interested in playing an inexpensive golf course across the street or walking a couple blocks to the Border crossing at Matamoros while staying in a clean apartment with bars on the window then you may have a good time. It has a small swimming pool and is an average property.
It is located in a small college area which is relatively safe but outside of that 1/2 mile radius is a downtown Brownsville area which resembles Mexico as far as shops and street people.

South Padre Island is about thirty minutes away and is really where you want to be.
