Since your talking houseboats, has anyone tried the houseboats in Florida on the Saint John's River? The Holly Bluff Marina? I see it available all the time on RCI and want to do it one day. Looks like fun.

JLB - are you sure about the Wyndham connection? I have not heard that one.
