Summer Bay Owners--Please Vote for Me

Greetings.

If you own at Summer Bay Resort at Las Vegas, you have received in the mail a meeting notice and ballot for the June 10 Annual Meeting to elect the Owners Assn Board of Directors.

I am James Reach, an owner at Summer Bay Resort at Las Vegas. If you can't make the meeting in person, please take the time to vote for me by mail.

For the past two years I have served on the Owners Assn Board of Directors and am now running for re-election.

I have always been in communication with our owners through forums such Timeshareforums.com and TUG. My goals have always been to make the best vacation experience for our owners and guests, and to maximize our owners' trading power and resale values. I am California attorney that works in real estate matters.

Vote for Whitworth and Finkelstein Also

I am also supporting two other candidates, Roy Whitworth and Donna Finkelstein. Roy is an incumbent owner like me who has supported my philosophy and policies on our board. He is a high school teacher and football coach in Utah.

Donna Finkelstein is an owner who lives in Orlando. I have spoken with her and based on our conversations will make a good addition to our board, and is aligned philosophically with me on many issues. Donna advocates a rental assistance program for owners who aren't going to use their time for the year. While I don't believe such a program is feasible, at least it shows she is thinking of helping out our owners.
