The following was reported on the Bluegreen Yahoo Group. Any truth to it? Does anyone have any further information? How extensive was the vandalism? etc.?

"Over on the Bluegreen Facebook group, there is an interesting post about a unit at CMV being vandalized while the member was "still responsible" and her credit card is being charged for damages. This got me to thinking about how much liability exposure we have particularly between checkout and when house keeping arrives. Theft or vandalism could run up a hefty tab in a hurry."
