Well there are still a few units available in the cottages.

Well, according to the BG title department there is no way for me to confirm that the SA has been paid - only the owner can get info about the account; I have to take the owner's word until I can access the account.

Does that sound accurate? Has anyone here purchased a CMV since the assessment billing started, and did it list it on your estoppel?

Just got written assurance/confirmation from the closing company that the SA has been paid in full, so the contract is signed and the unit is paid for - now the wait to get it in our names begins!

Yes, I'm pretty happy - I think it will turn out to have been quite a bargain!

I'm going to attribute most of it to the eBay listing not being very clear on what the details were of what was actually being sold, or I'm sure it would have gone for much more.

You will thoroughly enjoy this ownership. With a little more work, I am considering getting rid of all my other ownerships and keeping this and a small RCI triennial. Since March I have already been able to make 16 reservations. The fact you are getting a Timbers unit, and no SA makes it all that much more valuable. Congratulations on your excellent find.

Next week, so I can make a 45 day ressie for us to go up the weekend of Thanksgiving...

There's a cottage unit on ebay that has the SA paid off as well - it ends in about 45 minutes.

Thanks but I've got more than I can use right now.

Yup, I won that one...as I do not plan to use it, cottage is just fine.

Hope my turnover is as quick as ours.
