My max snipe bid was set at $1950.
Thanks, since it is the same closing company as yours, I will request the same info.

I have verified with Sheri that the unit info as given on eBay is a UDI.

If I had known you were looking, I would have messaged you about the one last week. It was also listed poorly, went through one cycle with no bids, was re-listed and sold for $51 total. The SA had also been paid on it.

. No regrets....compared to the HOA acquired units, this is still a steal

That's right, rub salt in the wounds of those who bought and HAD to pay the SA

I still have no regrets though, depending on how you use it will depend on how much you get out of it. You can be the person who books 20 weeks or 5 or 6 weeks and still get the same benefit out of it.

I think I need to come out and visit once the remodel is done on my cottage in the woods.
You make it sound so nice and fun.

Absolutely - we'll have a party! The area is beautiful, with tons of stuff to do (including doing nothing but relax and enjoy the view, if that's what suits you).

Now that would be a hoot. There certainly are enough owners on this board and TUG to have quite a big party.

                    Thanks Pat.
I remember Bruce raving on about them many years ago but it's all very vague now. However, I just googled it and found one of Bruce's listings here with a full explanation.

No outlet mall for me except for the Coach & Disney stores.

Well maybe we should be planning it, I'm game.

I would go as well, but won't coordinate it! To many people coming from to many areas but if someone else accepts the challenge I would be game. It would be difficult I am sure.

                            Saying hello

Hello! New (soon-to-be) owner here, look forward to learning all there is to learn about CMV. I see from other threads that closing on these can take a long time.. why is that? About how long is long?

Darn you enablers. You've got me wanting one of these blinkin' UDIs, and I SWORE I was all done buying.

I remember Grayfal's comment at the time "Yeah, right."
