Emailed closer who immediately emailed back that she was waiting to receive the recorded deed and would let me know when everything is sent to the resort.

Mine took more than 3 months so be patient.
I was still able to book about 10 ressies even after receiving my account in October.

It was 21 days from auction end to me booking my first reservations (of course, I still haven't received anything at all from Bluegreen notifying me I own it).

I expect an email confirming my recording by Friday.

Thanks to Scott, I checked the county website and my deed was recorded this morning at 8:50 am.....I am getting closer!

edit - just got my email confirming the recording.

edit -

10-23-2013 : recorded deed to new owner.

10-23-2013: mailed recorded warranty deed to resort for transfer confirmation.

10-23-2013 : mailed recorded deed to buyer.

10-23-2013: completed 8282. moved file to TC.

Not anxious, just happy it is moving along so well. It was an ebay purchase after all!
