I've had only good luck with my ebay purchases.
I've done 5 so far and never an issue.
    Maybe I've just been lucky.

I'm waiting to see how this turns out, but I just gave a December 14th week to RCI. I've never used RCI for CMV, but they said they don't need my member number or anything, "it will show up there in a day or so".

We’ve noticed you have more than one type of Bluegreen Resorts ownership account. Please select below the account you would like to access first. In order to access your other account, you will need to sign out and log back in.

Select the account you would like to access first:
        Vacation Club
        Christmas Mountain Village™

        I paid for this 10/15. In my account 11/5 - 3 weeks.

I need a little more help before I get started.
I did call Bluegreen who said there was no availability for 12/20&21, 12/27&28

Where do I find the cmv color designation of the weeks?

The color codes are the same as the ones used for the points side. If you can login to the points, and go to the resort page there should be a way to download JUST the CMV points chart (without having to download all the resorts).

              This link SHOULD work https://bluegreenowner.com/owner/res...=No&ResortID=3#

Just ignore the point values, the colors for the weeks should be correct.

Pat, in the the chart I emailed you I put the red weeks in red font (5-8, 21-37, 51-53). All the weeks in black font are the white/blue.

Well, I called today because it hadn't shown up yet. The RCI agent said she could see it, and was puzzled as to why I couldn't, so I got transferred to "web support". After a bit of back-and-forth, we finally figured out that they just opened a new account for me (that was awaiting payment) rather than putting it in my existing one.

A few minutes on hold with a supervisor got it moved to my existing account, and the new account closed out.

Similar thing happened to chriskre. They put it in her free Bluegreen RCI account, she wanted it in her free Wyndham RCI account so they moved it. Before the 10/1/13 change, you were calling and depositing yourself in whichever account u wanted. Now that BG is doing the deposits, they need to be instructed where to deposit.

Is your other rci account "free"?

I am currently on my last exchange (no more TPUs) with my paid account and will close it when I return home.
You might want to consider using your free Bluegreen Account in the future.

Yes, it's my "free" Wyndham account. I could't see how BG was going to be able to know what account it went to since it wasn't provided by them, but they kept telling me they didn't need the account number. I called yesterday afternoon and talked to a nice woman who was going to contact the exchange department and see what hey could do to prevent this from happening in the future.

Do we get a free RCI account through Bluegreen with the UDI weeks? The account they opened at RCI and put it in was awaiting payment of the year before I could do anything with it.

Not sure if you get free with UDI. Worth a call to owner services to find out

                          • I don't think any of the systems provide a free account. They do include it as part of their mandatory program fee. So if you aren't paying a $100-$185 program fee on top of your MF's I don't think you need to check if they could set up your "free" RCI account.

That's why I put it in quotes - I don't pay RCI for it, it's part of my Wyndham program fees. I just didn't know if BG included it as part of the maintenance fees on the UDI ownerships, since I haven't actually received a detailed bill yet.

LOL, hence the "free". Maybe we should change the description to "mandatory" RCI account with Wyndham, Bluegreen, HGVC and "mandatory" II accounts with Starwood SVN, Marriott DC, Hyatt and yes, I have a mandatory Wyndham II account (they don't do those any more!)

Curious to see what Chriskre has to say.....because her deposit went into a different account not her mandatory Wyndham one she uses.
