It was hard from the ad details in regards to maintenance fees if this was a UDI Timbers or Cottage Some Cottages have 2 bathrooms. The unit number listed is UDI - TA28/02; Sleeps 6 should be a Villa. Villa numbers run from 1 to about 55 or 56. The $1,032. MF's is less than this years UDI Oak Timbers of $1,201.29 and the UDI Cottages $1,072.70.
I wonder if the MF's are a misprint/
