Ok, so I have been doing some research and a little reading around but am still a little confused. In the past MF's have always been released and payable in June, with the use year being June 1st to May 31st. If you wanted to make a reservation for a date AFTER June 1st in a given year you had to pay the next years MF's. That all makes sense.
Recently of course a decision was made to change the use year to match the calendar year which I actually am looking forward to I think. Here is my question though;
I paid my 2015/2016 MF's of $1,072.70 in January 2015. These would have been the fees for June 1st 2015 to May 31st 2016. When I log into my account now, it showed an additional $647.64 owing which was MF's, Reserves, and real estate tax. So if I am correct, this is for the rest of 2016 and I should not have another MF bill until 2017?
