165 my weight good were it is. About 5 years ago I was 
205 pounds and worked out and in a little more than one month I got down to about 160.and then after one of my surgeries I was down to about 130 to 135 pounds 3 or so years ago. I was pretty weak and out of shape but I am doing better. Bruce .
