I am a write in candidate for the Christmas Mountain Directors Timbers
Board of Directors. Do I expect to be voted in seeing Bluegreen controls
all of the proxy votes? No I certainly do not seeing Bluegreen always
controls the proxy votes and will want to keep control of the board .Bruce

I gave you my vote on the proxy, as I have a previous commitment and can't make it up for the meeting. I'm all for owner control where possible.

I fully understand that, but you never know. It would be nice if they kept one non-BG person on the board, even though in reality that one person can't swing any decisions; they can always offer at least a modicum of transparency.

Bruce, when you're at the meeting would you be so kind as to ask what they are doing to correct the issue of the owner's credit card being charged for guest charges at the resort for weeks deposited to the exchange companies? It's a pretty serious problem.....

You have to be a candidate when the proxies are mailed or you have no choice.

Personally, I would not own at a resort that does not offer fair votes at HOA meetings, and developer or management control of the proxy process gives any outsider about as much chance of winning as a non-communist in the old Soviet Union.
