If you are giving any units to the exchange companies, watch your credit card statements carefully. There's been an ongoing issue with charges by the guests being processed to the card given for the housekeeping fee at the time of deposit.

I had an exchange unit given to II 10/17 through 10/24. In looking at my card activity today I saw two charges from that week totaling $170 charged to my card. I called the desk and they were able to back track it to the exchanger, but this is pretty disconcerting to say the least.

They are taking a card at check in, but apparently not closing the folio or something that is created for the housekeeping charge. The person I talked to asked for the last four numbers of mine, and said she credit mine and charge it to the other card on file from the exchanger.
