I received a large postcard in the mail from Bluegreen about an online survey to give feedback to the Christmas Mountain Village Association Board of Directors. It is in regards to accelerating their renovation schedule for interior and exterior refurbishment. They want owners input as to if there is a need for this.
If they do accelerate these improvements, do you think we will see a large increase in maintenance fees?
The postcard asks for you to do the survey by May 1, 2009 (although it originally has April 1, 2009 which has been crossed out and the May 1 date added in [different font])............I don't know if this is a ploy to get you to respond or if they sent out another one first. I don't recall getting another one.
I don't know if only flex/fixed/UDI owners received this card or all BG Vacation Club owners also. Did any of you receive this card? Did you do the online survey? (It's in my To Do pile!)
Just an interesting side note, the return address on the card is not Wisconsin nor Boca Raton FL--it is from "The Fountains, 7111 Crossland Dr., Orlando FL"!!!! (I'm anal and look at things like that!)
