I am not sure I am posting in correct place.

Last year this was available as an RCI exchange.

There are now signs up all over and notices in the newspaper about an auction next Sunday of 44 units with 22 sold outright. This is whole ownership, but you can only stay in your unit one month. They do the renting. Not a lot of amenities. Our friends said the one bedrooms are small. I saw the penthouses and they were great. friends said maintenance fees over 400 a month, very few amenities.

This resort put up the people that lost their homes in t he flood free for about 7 weeks.

Went in for my monthly haircut and lowdown onthe news in the Dells.
My hairdresser went to the auction, said the untis went higher than expected. The two penthouses went for over 500,000. He said a lot of the buyers were local Dells residents. but you cannot live inthe units they have to go on the rental market, so they are investments. All the units went.

Does anyone know if Rhapsody is still available as a timeshare exchange?

I've seen it a few times searching II. Resort code RRA. I haven't been watching for it, so I couldn't tell you when it was last available as an exchange.

We exchanged into a 2 bed 2 bath about 1,250 square foot unit through II for last September but did not go because our dog became very ill.

I did not see any of those units with a similar deposit this week.

I was told by someone in the Dells that you cannot buy and live in the one bedrooms, you have to rent them out, but I believe some of the two bedroom units are whole ownership, not on the rental market.
