  • Deeding Question for Christmas Mountain Village experts

I am working on some deeding issues for a customer of mine and I think that there is an expert here who might know the answer to this question.

From a deeding point of view, Christmas Mountain Village has 3 sections that I know of:
    1) Campground
    2) Villa
    3) Timber

I know of at least 5 unit types of Christmas Mountain Village:
    a) Cottage
    b) Cabin
    c) Villa
    d) Townhome
    e) Deluxe Timber

Does anyone know the exact unit types that map to each section? There is an obvious match up. But, I wanted to double check with the experts here before I took the obvious to be the answer.

Are Cottages and Cabins part of the Campgrounds?

Are Townhomes and Deluxe Timber units part of Timber?

Of course, Villas are part of the Villas Section.

If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the answer.

    Thanks,

    Jim

We are staying in the cabins this year over the holidays which are close to the townhouses, not near the campgrounds. On their website there is layout map which I think shows that the cottages are closer to the campgrounds.

cabins and villas are in the same association, the villa association

cottages are in the campground association, along with park models (very few memberships left), RV sites, wilderness sites, and permanent sites.

Oak Timbers, Deluxe Timbers, and Townhouses are in the same association

Thanks! This is exactly what I needed. Two other people confirmed this for me in different ways.
