Our new Villa ownership is now in our name

We finished getting our deeded floating Villa put into our names this last week.
It floats weeks 21 to 35 and we have a Friday check in on August 6, 2010 reserved for 2010 in unit V27.

We did the transfer ourselfs. My wife did most of the internet forms work with Sauk County while I did the contacting with Bluegreen. Our costs were only $11.30 with the county and $100 with Bluegreen to list us as owners.

Boca told us what department to call at Bluegreen, it was Asset Recovery and Amy Curren of that Deptment was a big help.

The former owner was great to work with.

I think you will soon own the whole CMV resort, buying it one unit at a time. But at the same time, it is not a bad place to be owning. We are 4 hours away, so when we have the long weekend chances, we like to go there.

It is accurrate deed legally and better than my spelling in fact seeing I should be posted "ourselves". But it does show 2 things about you. Your class and I see you again broke your promise to Big Frank about provoking responses.

Like your RCI exchange Renting sidekick said one time to me why would you be interested seeing you do not own there when Diamond had a offer to buy Bluegreen last year?

Spence, I can understand your Paranoia and deep rooted fear in regards to water comes from with the Legionaires disease water problems over the past 10 years that the DRI Polo Towers has had even after their first special accessment after the first time it happened when I was a owner there.
