  • Timeshare Repurchase by HOA

We have 6 timeshare units in our Breckenridge Colorado Condo complex and the HOA wants to purchase back shares. If any one knows of an HOA group that is or has done repurchases please assist me with their contact information. Due to deaths, wills, non-payment,etc. we have choosen to pursue this direction and sell the condos on the open market.
If we can find any individuals whom have significant experience we will pay for the expertise, so as not to recreate the wheel.
    Thank you

    Chuck,
I understand your situation, I spent several years in the resort operations. The path you are wanting to go down with the buy back or deed backs is lucritive. If you rather call me I can most likely help in guiding you to success

ARI American Resorts International (DEED BACK)

I am looking for help in the ARI group. I aam wanting to give my ARI ownership back and they show me no help at ARI. Has anyone out there been successfull in deeding it back. Without the threats of going against my creadit. I have never recieved a deed on the property so I realy wonder if I own anything or are the trying to badger me.

ARI memberships are not deeded.. Transfers are handled internally by member services. It basically involves a notarized letter of transfer and acceptance (which now has to be prepared by owner services) from both buyer and seller and a transfer fee paid to the developer.

To my knowlege, they do not allow undisputed contract cancellations. Your account will have to be current, and you will need to find a willing party to accept the ownership from you.

Be aware, these can be very difficult to even give away.
