I downloaded ForumRunner to my Iphone and decided to try it. Guess I mistyped or couldn't remember my forum PW. Anyway in trying to log on using that and logging off and back on here I overshot my number of tries. I requested and received a new PW; however whenever I tried it kept telling me I had to wait 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes several times and kept getting message. Left for awhile and came back and was able to log on using my new PW.
Don't know if there is a problem with the 15 minute window or not, but thought I'd let you know about it.
I'm back, so I'm happy.
