Search not functioning properly

The search function seems to be out of whack. Running a search I had done before, looking for the same thing as this time, I found it gave many fewer results. Some older years seemed fairly complete. 2009 and 2010 were missing entirely. 2011 and 2012 had a small percentage of what used to show up.

I aagree I thought it was me last week when I could not find the old speedtest thread which I never found. So if we are having trouble searching no wonder our search bots are not finding us as before

I have been trying to figure out what is going on too. The old posts seem to be here but they are not being found. I may need to do some server maintance to update the indicies in the database but i need to turn off the website to do that to make sure we don't crash. I may try to do that this evening and the site would need to be down for upto 15-minutes or so max to do it.
