Some issues I know of that I am working on...

I know there are a few forums that nobody can see. This includes the HOA forums, some of the staff forums, and a couple other private forums. I am working on resetting the permissions tonight but I may not get them all back online as it is getting late and I have to go to work in a couple hours!

Following are other issues I am aware of:

1. TS4MS Points need to be copied over from the old database.
2. Classifieds need to be moved over
3. We need the portal page back... (I don't like this view at all)
4. The forums are not grouped logically anymore (I am working on these)

Other problems that you may find!

1. All Polls from the old site did not transfer (code is different in the new software).
2. All Attachments were lost

If you see anything else, please report it in this forum so I can get this place in order!

Hi Ken,

You should be sleeping! I noticed that all subscribed threads are gone and also the folders I had kept for reference. Will they come back? No hurry.

I have a feeling they will not. What I will try to do however is set the old forums to a "read only" format which will allow people to go in and save their photos, subscribed thread info, classifieds, etc... I am trying to transfer as much as I can but there is a lot of data here and some things are just not compatable with the new software....

I do need some sleep... I got to get up in 3.5-hrs for work

Thanks very much for all of your hard work! And yes, having the old forum be available on a read-only basis would be a good idea, at least if there is an easy way to direct people here.

If you are collecting reports of what's not up yet, though, it seems that some of the smilies aren't working yet. If you click on "more smilies," it brings up a bunch more, but they don't work when you click them. Not that this is high priority -- I mean, it's not like anyone's post needs an icon of a guy having sex with a sheep....

If so, no that was something I had coded before and I will need to redo it...

Also, I have installed the new version of the portal software and it is now running at:

I set it up like the old board where everything shows EXCEPT sightings.

Missing attachment type

Try to do attachment, look like xls is not allowed

I did not set the system to allow attachments yet... I'll add it to the list
